Sender will have to provide an MT199 from his bank to Receiver’s Bank (a sample of which will be provided upon approval).
Tranche schedule can be discussed initially, however, the first tranche can be 100-500 million (no more no less) thereafter Receiver can execute tranche in the billions with R&E.
NOTE:
MT199 protects the sender and the receiver and the intermediaries. The reason for MT199 is to stop any unusual business happenings within the banks. Using a Bank in Europe clients be under European Jurisdiction.

MT760 REQUIREMENT
One of my clients would require a MT760 (Instrument) to complete a trade deal for oil products; face amount of Instrument is US$34 million, Instrument receiving party is in Singapore. Do you happen to know a provider who is capable to issue MT760 through one of a top 100 international banks, excluding China banks? If positive, please let me know the issue fee, payment mode, issuing bank name, etc. It is a long term cooperation between provider/client.
